A group of people who enjoy working on a range of creative projects, Most of what we do is textile based, but we also enjoy new challenges, like well dressing. We have one main focus for the year in making a large combined project for the Stogursey Arts Festival, but learn new skills along the way.
We meet on the second Thursday of each month 2-4pm, usually in the Jubilee rooms. A £2 contribution helps to cover the cost of room hire. Next meeting will be Thursday 13th November when we will be making a start on next year’s project, sharing ideas and making plans.
We welcome people at any level of skill as we learn a lot from each other and our big projects are planned to be something people can take away and work at in their own time or with friends outside the monthly meetings. You are most welcome to come and try it out.
